Sachi is completing her intern practicum with a background in cognitive science, neuroscience and biological foundations. She prides herself on creating inclusive spaces where everyone can feel welcomed and respected, just as they are. Her therapeutic style is warm, intuitive, and centered around understanding each client as a whole person, with their own story, strengths, and goals. Sachi offers pro bono and low-cost therapy.

With over 10 years of client-based experience, Kristina brings a down to earth approach to her clients. Her diverse background includes working with children with autism, supporting families, and coaching healthy lifestyles as a personal trainer. Now adding counselling and therapy to her belt, she continues to explore new ways to helping others achieve balance in their lives.
